Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you enjoy the range of creative products we offer. Our returns policy is below. We suggest you familiarize yourself with this prior to purchasing from our website. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Exception to this Refunds and Returns Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy does not apply to :

  • Digital content (e.g., apps, digital software, eBooks, MP3s, images and Digital Art) that are not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., CD or DVD). Once we have sent the order confirmation or receipt with the download link, it will be considered downloaded and stored with no means of verification by us that you do not retain possession of the digital content.

     

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days for refund at your own expense and using your chosen carrier. You must obtain proof of postage. Please contact us on admin@dreamstartglobal.com for a returns forms and instructions on where to send the returns to. Depending on you location we may specify different return locations. You must provide us with your order details which were emailed to you when you placed the order (invoice and receipts). Items are returned at the customer’s own risk and we cannot accept liability for any returns damaged or lost in transit. Your order must be returned to us unopened and unused with the original presentation box, with any protective packaging and any cards or tags included. All returns are quality checked and items that do not meet our returns policy will be declined and may be sent back to you.

Refunds that are accepted will be credited to the payment method used to place the order (excluding the initial delivery cost). We are unable to issue refund receipts.

 

For International deliveries we also offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receipt.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

We do make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery so we please ask you inspect your order upon receipt. If your order has arrived damaged, you must email us photos within 3 days of receiving your order. If an item in your order is faulty, you must email us photos within 7 working days. Please email clear photos to us, including photos of how the box arrived at admin@dreamstartglobal.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can to resolve this. If you have owned your item for longer than the above, we will deem your order as accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

If for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Dreamstart Global Limited via our online store at dreamstartglobal.com, your statutory rights are not affected under the Distance Selling Regulations, with the exception of/to the Notice of exception further up this document. Items are returned at the customer’s own expense and risk. For larger or expensive items memorabilia, jewelry, collectibles or watches, we recommend insuring your return and that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that arrive damaged or fail to arrive.
